In his younger years, Umut was a passionate recruiter at a listed organization. The method they used gave good results, but the approach wasn’t right. This could be done differently.
In 2010 Umut saw an opening in the market. That’s when he started Finest People. He focused on mediating highly educated and experienced sales and marketing specialists within the digital media and online market.
The target was set to go for a long-term relationship with all stakeholders. So not only with customers and candidates, but also with the employees of Finest People. This has given a great contribution to the intrinsic motivation of the consultants, and has led to the unique position that Finest People holds today within this market.
