This award winning Customer Experience company throws wide eyes within the E-Commerce industry. Were it al started 5 years ago in a shed in the garden with the 2 founding members as an idea for improving Customer Loyalty for consumers were there was a hard need of change.

The idea of a large list of questions is totally outdated and annoying for consumers and most of the time the data is thrown away or nothing happens with it. This platform is unique due to its one click solution and easiness of use. You can imagine the importance for industries where there is direct contact with the end users and were the information in vital for their service provision for instance like within the Healthcare industry (but also all the other industries).

With the NPS that consumers provide, it is projected directly in a statistic real time dashboard connected with different API’s. This can be shown on a big screen on department level. What changes the culture and awareness of employees indirectly with in a company!

This is such an success, that after 5 years of growth and 2 companies later with more than 80 people, the decision was made to also concur the European market. Also because 35% of their leads were coming from the EU! And are opening a new office in Amsterdam. Were they are looking for highly motivated people who wants to be part of this new chapter.

Your job : Account Executive SaaS EMEA Amsterdam

As an Account Executive SaaS EMEA you can benefit from the leads that are already there for you to pick up! But also the un gained market and the potential for new business. So you can build your business very fast. Here you will work closely together with the CSM manager. After closing the deal the CSM manager is responsible for the on boarding and up and cross selling.

Here you can learn fast, and be responsible for the European market were the strategy is to grow within 2 years to 40 people in Amsterdam. Career wise this can be very interesting for potential leaders and people who wants to be a manager in the future!

What is required?

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3 to 8 years of experience as Account Executive
  • Experience with SaaS or Cloud solutions is required
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Experience with SME as well as Enterprise accounts is a big plus
  • Natural curiosity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willing to pave the road of future Account Executive
  • Fluent in Dutch, German, French, English or one of the Nordics languages
