Amsterdam based organization – Leadgeneration:

My client is a successful organization based in Amsterdam specialized in leadgeneration. Currently they consist of 10 full time professionals active in several countries in Europe and North America.

They perform leadgeneration (co-sponsoring and co-registration) as well as B2C services for the top 500 companies across the globe. They focus mainly on prospects in the travel, daily deal, eCommerce, direct marketing, finance and telecom sectors.

Country Manager Benelux:

The country manager Benelux will be responsible for the further development of an up and running profitable market. The country manager Benelux will be replacing the person who is currently responsible for this market. You will be mainly responsible for generating new business by cold calling and managing existing accounts to ensure client retention (the split is 50/50).

The country manager is fully responsible for the success and further development of the Beneluxn market. The country manager needs to have a perfect understanding of Benelux corporate markets and have extensive sales (new business & acquisition) experience. Preferable, the country manager Benelux has worked in the online sector with leadgeneration products. If not, you will be fully trained for 2 months at my clients HQ in Amsterdam.

The requirements:

  • A proven track record in (international) sales (new business, cold calling, business development)
  • A hybrid hunter/farmer mentality
  • Loyal and trustworthy to independently build the Benelux business
  • Extensive knowledge of the Benelux corporate markets (top 500 companies)
  • Experience in the online sector (performance based / leadgeneration)
  • Ideally 4 to 8 years sales experience in online marketing
  • An outstanding motivational letter
