This SaaS company is specialized in preventing fraud by analyzing global big data sources.  Digital cross-border commerce is growing with double digits and consumers’ demand for a polished customer experience is increasing. On the same token, customer-loyalty is decreasing, cybercrime is rising and new regulations such as PSD2 could be a disadvantage when one would like to boost that customer-loyalty or customer experience. Could this SaaS company have different solutions for these evolving global threats?
 
With offices on each continent, they collect over 1 billion data points to protect brands’ reputation and can deliver the best customer experience at the same time. Their algorithm and machine learning provide on average 47% more successful and protected sales on a global scale while you blink your eye. Best of all, their SaaS solution can be connected via API to any commerce platform and payment technology provider!
 
Currently their partner business is growing, but unlike in US, they haven’t managed to create a strong footprint in EMEA. When this position is filled, this SaaS company expects to at least double its revenue. Therefore, they are looking for a Global Strategic Partnership Manager who will work from their Amsterdam office.

The job: Global Strategic Partnership Manager in Amsterdam | Expanding existing partner portfolio

As Global Strategic Partnership Manager you will work closely with the Amsterdam team and you will be responsible for designing and realizing various partner Go-To-Market strategies for 2020 including different programs to drive revenue. Together with the Amsterdam sales team, you are accountable for the revenue generated from these partners in EMEA.
 
Their 4 key partners cover different industries such as commerce, trading, online gambling and naturally the whole financial industry including payments. With these key partners you will discover where you can add value in their services to verify identities, prevent fraud, Anti-Money-Laundry (AML) or to meet Know-Your-Customer/ Business regulations. With your expertise, you can advise whether they need data enrichment, transaction monitoring or one of the many possible solutions. After all, you know exactly what is going on in the world of System Integrators, Managed Service Providers and Value-Added Resellers, don’t you?
 
The company culture can be considered as informal but extremely passionate. Their Amsterdam team has 8 full time employees and will grow with another 10 employees in 2020! As it is a fast-pacing scale-up, career progression or opportunities will be created along the way to success. What is being required?

  • Between 6+ and 12+ years’ experience as partnership manager
  • Proven success with partner Go-To-Market strategies including programs
  • Experience with global System Integrators, Managed Service Providers and Value-Added Resellers
  • Background in risk management, marketing, commerce and payments is a huge plus
  • Willing to travel
  • Able to work in a global cross-functional team
  • Additional languages such as French or Spanish are a huge plus
