You will be operating in an informal and flat company structure, but will have the support of an international company with world-wide reach. You will be directly communicating with the sales director and the operational team. That team is supporting you with the necessary products or services, depending on your clients’ demands. You are responsible for the country Poland or Italy and will ensure that all your sales targets will be met. The sales targets consist of a certain amount of clients and revenue.
In this role you will have the liberty to create your own sales strategy and tactics. You can discuss it with other international account managers and the sales director to ensure your success. The larger your client database will become, the greater the opportunities. Other opportunities such as visiting your clients in the specific country will be available as well.
