As they continue growing, their teams are expanding as well. Therefore, they are looking for a Publisher Team Lead Global in Amsterdam.
As a Team Lead Publisher, you will be fully responsible for the global publisher strategy. This is an opportunity where you can restructure up the publisher department from scratch and implement your publisher vision globally. The sales director, who has experiences in building up and restructuring companies and departments, will act as your so-called assistant instead as a micro-manager.
Lead by example is the mindset and therefore the global top publishers will be in your portfolio. You will demonstrate how your competitive advantage, which includes multiple in-house tools like native-advertising, can target the right audience and in addition, increase conversion. The latter will lead to more revenue for the publishers and honestly, who doesn’t like extra revenue? Your total team counts less than 10 publisher managers divided over three continents and are waiting to be inspired by you!
Travelling to key publishers and to your teams will happen occasionally. Matter of fact, management believes you will able to manage and coach your team better when you get to know hem personally! Furthermore, as Publisher Team Lead you will have extra focus during that period of time. That will lead to new best practices that you can use as business cases for the sales teams or as extra input for training.
