The role as Sr. Product Manager AdTech
You will be responsible to represent the vision of the company, while working closely with tech-teams such as core- software engineering, adserver teams, integration teams and Product Owners. In order to speak ‘the same language’ it is important you have extensive knowledge and experience of the technical side of online advertising in general. You will combine this market-specific knowledge with your experience as a product manager to do the following:
- Requirement gathering and engineering
- Defining the gathered information
- Ensuring a smooth product and services delivery
- Continiously developing and leading topnotch features and improvements
While preaching the vision, you keep an eye on the product roadmap, ensure an agile execution for the state-of-the-art AdTech & programmatic advertising platform for publishers across multi-level devices as well as formats ( native, display, video). Your day to day activities in this role
- Create new visions and strategies supporting and renewing the core programmatic & auction-based advertising products
- Manage the executing teams through the entire lifecycle of the product, up until delivery
- Stakeholder management with internal and external managers and directors
- Working closely with DevOps, tech and engineering teams, prioritizing the workload.
- Evangelize the product roadmap with all the involved teams
- Work closely with the Product Owners
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
- A minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the AdTech industry
- Extensive experience in working with product owners, scrum teams, software engineering, implementation teams and business leaders
- Tech-savvy on programming, software engineering, and design
- A proven track-record in successfully building, launching and implementing product from concept to delivery
- A strong communicator in stakeholder management and negotiating through all the management layers internal and external
